1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it during and after your visit to this website, the associated mobile site, and any micro site (which may be administered on behalf of Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. by a third party, typically acting as a data processor) that may be accessed through this site (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Site”, and collectively as the “Sites”). In this respect, Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. acts as the data controller (“Data Controller”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides insight into our practices regarding the collection of information through the Sites and our use of such information. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to information collected through the Sites and does not apply to information collected from any other source, including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other third-party websites and social media platforms. If you do not agree with any of the terms in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site(s) or provide us with any personal data.

2. Types of Data Processed

Through the Site, we collect and store certain personal data about you (e.g., information that may directly or indirectly identify you, particularly using identifiers such as name, personal identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity (“Personal Data”)). In certain cases, we may request that you provide Personal Data, for example, when using an order form and the services we offer, when submitting comments or asking questions, requesting information, participating in promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, or using other features or functions of our Site.

Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. will not collect Personal Data during your visits to our Sites unless you provide such information voluntarily, except for certain Personal Data collected through information systems and programs used for website operation, the transmission of which is inherent to the use of internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses), and will not require more information than necessary to participate in activities on our Sites. If you choose not to provide Personal Data (other than Personal Data relating to the use of internet communication protocols which are typically collected during website visits), you may still access our Sites, but you will not be able to participate in certain promotions, create login credentials to use certain functions on the Sites, activate or use a service, complete an order, or obtain product information.

Certain pages on the Sites may allow you to create login credentials by entering your username/ID or email address and password or by using one of the available social network authentication methods such as Facebook, Google+ and Yahoo. If you choose to create login credentials through your social network account, you permit us to access your publicly available Personal Data or the Personal Data you have made available (e.g., name, user ID, profile picture), as well as the information you allow the Site to access. Through social network authentication, you allow us to receive the information available to us. 3. Purposes, Legal Basis for Processing and Possible Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data

Providing Personal Data for the purposes described under points F and G is voluntary; failure to provide such data or objection to processing on appropriate legal grounds related to your specific situation may prevent Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. from sending advertising or direct sales materials, conducting market research or data analytics, delivering commercial communications and/or providing Personal Data to selected advertising partners for marketing purposes. We may still contact you for administrative purposes, such as confirming an order or requesting further instructions.

4. Recipients

Your Personal Data may be disclosed, closely related to the purposes described above, only to:

• entities necessary for performing orders, delivering packages, sending mail and email, removing duplicate information from client lists, analyzing data and providing marketing support, processing credit card payments, and providing customer services, which typically process Personal Data on behalf of Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. as data processors;
• persons authorized by Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. to process Personal Data who are bound by confidentiality obligations (employees of Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o.);

6. Retention

Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. will process your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described in section 2. For the purposes described in sections 2.F and 2.G, your Personal Data will be processed until you exercise your right to object or restrict processing. Additionally, Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. will retain your Personal Data for the duration required or permitted under applicable data protection laws.

Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. informs you that, in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of your Personal Data, or to object to the relevant processing activity, as well as to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You also have the right to know the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your Personal Data has been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients in third countries.

Nekretnine Krivačić d.o.o. takes children’s privacy protection seriously. We operate the Site in accordance with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction below. We do not collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of sixteen (16) or, if permitted by applicable law, under the age of thirteen (13). Children under the age of sixteen (16), or under thirteen (13) where permitted by applicable law, must obtain parental/guardian consent before providing any Personal Data to the Site.
